Bot Name
Give your bot an identifiable name that represents something. Most people will name their bot after the page it represents, e.g., homepage, personal injury, divorce, etc.

How to Name Your Bot:
For a new bot, select "add a new bot," choose an industry from the drop-down menu and give it a name. For an existing bot, click the pencil icon to edit the name. Remember to save.
