Easily make a call or email with one click.

How to Use the Contact Column:
Navigate to the “leads” section of your Intaker dashboard. Underneath the “contact” heading, you will see an email and phone icon. Intaker uses the email or call default app of the browser.
Caution:
If there are multiple contacts within a single lead, the drop-down will show all contacts.
Pro Tips:
- Some browsers offer extensions such as RingCentral or Dialpad.
- On Mac, the default call app is usually Facetime, but a pop-up will appear asking to “choose application” if you want to use a different app.
- On PC, the default call app is usually Skype, but you will also have the option to choose your own.
