Invitation Pop-Up

How to Add or Adjust the Invitation Pop-Up:
1. Go to the "bots" page within the Intaker dashboard.
2. From the sidebar, select "homepage" and then "appearance." Or use the drop-down on the top right-hand side of the homepage bot as an alternate route to "appearance."
3. Select "advanced" then "invitation pop-up" from the top header of the appearance page.
4. Turn the slider on and set the time so a message will appear after a certain number of seconds.
5. Use the pencil icon to edit the message and change the options if needed.
6. Remember to save and publish changes.
Pro Tip:
- We recommend setting the timer to 18 seconds.
- An everyday use case is to encourage the lead to chat. For example, "Were you or a loved one injured in a car accident?"
