How to Access Invoices and Receipts in Your Intaker Dashboard

Managing your billing information has never been easier! You can now view your invoices, download receipts, and update your payment details directly within your Intaker dashboard.

Follow the steps below to navigate to your billing portal:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to Your Intaker Account
    Start by logging into your Intaker dashboard with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Settings Tab
    Once logged in, locate the Settings tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard and click on it.
  3. Access the Billing Section
    After selecting Settings, scroll down the menu that appears until you see Billing. Click on it to expand the billing options.
  4. Go to Payments
    Select Payments to be directed to your billing portal.

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

  • View Invoices: Access a detailed list of your past and current invoices.
  • Download Receipts: Download receipts for your records or accounting purposes.
  • Update Payment Information: Easily update your credit card or ACH payment details to ensure seamless billing.

Caution:

The billing portal can only be accessed by someone with Admin level access on your account.
