How to Save Text Messages to Drafts:
Navigate to the business texting section of your Intaker dashboard.
1. Select "send an SMS."
2. Instead of choosing "send," you will press "save to draft."
Pro Tip:
You can draft text messages and share them to a co-worker's Desk for review before sending to leads or clients. You can also draft messages and set reminders for yourself to send them at a future date.
