Acuity-Scheduling Integration for Intaker

When you set up Acuity Scheduling, leads can see your availability and schedule an appointment with you after sharing their information with your Intaker.

How to Integrate with Acuity-Scheduling:

1. Go to the client’s scheduling page

2. Get the scheduling page link

3. You’ll see the dropdown menu of all your appointment types (calendar and category) direct links.

4. Copy the desired calendar link.

5. Inside Intaker integrations on the Acuity-Scheduling page, select “add a new event.”

6. Here, paste the link and enter a title, description, and image.

Visit the integrations page or Acuity help center for more information.

7. Select the bot that you would like to add the link.

8. Go to the Preference section and turn on the "Let users schedule an appointment"

9. Select the appoint link (or links) that you would like the user to use.

10. Once you have finished, select the "Publish Now" to have the changes go live on your bot and website.

Pro Tip:

Repeat steps 4-6 to add multiple events to your account.
