Calendly Integration for Intaker

Integrate Calendly to let leads see your availability and schedule an appointment with you after sharing their information with your Intaker.

How to Integrate with Calendly:

1. Go to your Calendly Account.

2. Pick an existing Calendly event you’d like Intaker leads using to book the appointment or create a new event.

3. Click ‘copy link’ on that event.

4. Paste the link as your Calendly link inside the Intaker integrations dashboard.

Visit the integrations page for more information.

Select the bot that you would like to add the link.
Go to the Preference section and turn on the "Let users schedule an appointment"
Select the appoint link (or links) that you would like the user to use.
Once you have finished, select the "Publish Now" to have the changes go live on your bot and website.

Repeat the steps above to create multiple events for your leads to choose from.
