Zapier Integration for Intaker
Connect Intaker with 1500+ different apps on Zapier. When you activate your Zapier integration, the contact information and chat transcript can be pushed to any app that also offers Zapier integration.
Transcript
How to Integrate with Zapier:
1. Go to this page & accept the invitation to the Intaker Zapier app.
2. Create a zap with the INTAKER (NEW V4) app inside your account dashboard.
We offer 2 different Zapier Apps. One will send leads from Intaker to another program, while the other will take leads from other programs and put them into Intaker.
Zapier Triggers
Outgoing
- Lead Status Changed
- Triggers when lead status on the dashboard changes
- New Call Now
- Intaker transmits the data received from a call now (Number, URLS, UTM parameters, etc.)
- New Callback Request text
- Triggers when a call back request is received by Intaker.
- New Chat
- Triggers when a new chat is received
- New Note
- Actively transmits the data related to any Notes created in the Intaker dashboard
- New SMS Received
- Actively transmits the data related to any new text message that is received.
- New LSA Lead Received
- Trigger when a new lead is created in the dashboard through automated text messaging (LSA or Text Us)
Incoming
All incoming zaps will create a new lead automatically. We will pull the Name, Phone, and Email, and any further information will appear as a note.

Caution:
- You will need to sign up for a Zapier account first, if you do not already have one.
- The Intaker Zapier App is free, however some of the other apps available on Zapier are not. Please contact Zapier directly if you have any questions regarding pricing.
