How to Monitor Chat Activity:

You can see a list of all communication and chat activities on the lead profile.

Caution:

You have to click the “see more” button to see everything.

Pro Tips:

  • You do not need to refresh the leads page. A new lead will automatically appear on the lead page once the chat has ended.
  • Approximate IP location is not always reliable, especially if done using cell phone internet, but it does indicate where the chat happened.
  • The landing URL is the first page the user landed on when visiting your site.
  • Referring URL is the page the user was visiting before coming to the current URL.
  • Current URL is the page the user was on when they started the chat.
  • You can set custom UTM parameters in your ad campaigns. Intaker will parse from the tracking URLs and list as part of the chat tracking info on the left side of the transcript.
  • UTM parameters get passed to Zapier alongside the rest of the lead information.
  • Links to set up UTM parameters using Facebook and Google.
