Activity Reminders
You can set reminders for any activity in the lead profile, i.e., texts (sent, received, or draft), chats, and others. By creating a reminder, Desk will ping you at a later time.

How to Set Up Activity Reminders:
To set a reminder, hover over an item in your Intaker inbox. You will be using the lead page, not the Desk pop-up. As you hold your mouse over the item, icons will appear. Click the one that looks like a calendar to set a future reminder.
To remove a reminder, use the time machine feature and go to the future to mark the item as done.
Caution:
Setting a reminder for a card on your Desk will create a second Desk item. We advise snoozing the existing item instead.
Pro Tip:
Use week, month, or year shortcuts to set reminders quickly.
