How to Create an E-Sign Template:
How to Create a New E-Sign Template:
1. Navigate to the "Settings" section of your Intaker dashboard.
2. Scroll down and beneath the Documents heading click "E-Sign Template(s)."
3. Select "New E-Sign Template."
4. Once you have filled out all of the fields, select "submit for review."
How to Edit an Existing E-Sign Template:
1. Follow the same first two steps from above.
2. Select "edit" next to the document you'd like to update.
3. Here you can make changes to mapped fields.
Caution:
- Preparer fields cannot be changed once a document has been sent.
Pro Tip:
- Mapping is initially done by the Intaker team once you have submitted a document with instructions.
- There can be multiple signers depending on the document type.
