Editing Lead Status
Learn how to add a lead status to stay organized throughout the client onboarding process and beyond.

How to Edit Lead Status:
1. Navigate to "settings"
2. Under the "customization" header you will see "lead statuses" button

From here you can add, change or delete any leads.
Caution:
The only one you cannot change is "new lead"
Pro Tip:
To edit the lead status you must be an admin of the account.
