How to Manage Conversion Settings in Intaker:

There are two ways to get to "conversion settings." To start, navigate to the bots page.

You can either select one of the bots from the sidebar and choose the "preference" drop-down or click the down arrow on the top right corner of your preferred bot and select "preferences."

Then, to change the conversion settings, you use the drop-down at the top of the page. The options are "email and phone," "only phone," "only email," or "custom."


If your firm's settings say "custom," do not make any changes. The "custom" button is for situations where the Intaker team builds a specialty bot based on a firm's unique needs.
