Connect with more people by allowing multiple language options.
How to Add Languages:
To begin editing your language settings, navigate to the "bots" section of the Intaker dashboard. From the top header, select "languages." There is a drop-down menu with all the languages you can translate the Intaker bot's prompts. If you would not like one included, you can uncheck the box.
The transcript of the chat will be in the language that the lead selected.
If there is a language you'd like to display on your website that is not on the list, you can email Intaker support with your customer information, including firm name, point of contact, and which language you'd like to add.
