Switching from One Desk to Another
Switch Desks to take over somebody else's work or monitor their progress.

How to Switch to Another Desk:
From the Desk pop-up, you will see the name of your Desk with a drop-down arrow at the top. When you click it, a list of all team member's Desks will appear.
Caution:
While you control your coworker's Desk when you switch, The actions you take in somebody else's Desk get recorded as your actions, i.e., sending a text message.
Pro Tip:
Use this feature to complete tasks for teammates out sick or on vacation to ensure that you never miss a lead.
