Desk Filters
Use the Desk filter to focus on a specific type of item, i.e., texts or new chats.

How to Filter in Desk:
Inside your Desk, you will see a "filter" button located towards the top of the screen. When you click "filter," a drop-down will appear to filter by item type, activity, or user.

Caution:
When you choose a filter, it will save as a default filter on your Desk. Remember to change it back to "All" if you don't want it to stay long-term.
Pro Tip:
Use filters to clean your Desk faster, e.g., responding to all the texts awaiting your reply.
