How to Store Values in Custom Fields:
Go to the "settings" section of the Intaker dashboard.
1. Select "custom fields."
2. Click the "add new" button to enter the name and field type.
Remember to save. You can then navigate to the lead profile and add custom fields.
Caution:
Deleting an existing custom field deletes all the values stored in that field in leads.
Pro Tip:
You can use custom fields in message templates to add dynamic text information, e.g., changing the name, address, etc.
