Roles and Permissions
Change user permissions or add a new role to the organization.

How to Assign Roles & Permissions:
Navigate to "settings" within your Intaker dashboard. Underneath the "organization" header, select "roles & permissions." You can use the drop-down arrow next to an existing role to edit the permissions or create an entirely new role using the "add a role" button.
Pro Tips:
- There are only two types of roles by default: admins and users.
- By default, users only have access to leads and cannot make significant changes.
- You can provide users access to bots, organization, customization, integration, and phone/text when you edit permissions.
- You can duplicate roles using the “duplicate button”
