Lead Status
Every time the bot captures a lead, it will automatically be assigned a certain status. By default, the status is "new lead." If you would like to select a different status, use this feature.

How to Change Lead Status:
1. There are two ways to get to "conversion settings" where you can alter the "lead status." To start, navigate to the bots page.
2. You then can either select one of the bots from the sidebar and choose the "preference" drop-down or click the down arrow on the top right corner of your preferred bot and select "preferences."
3. Choose "advanced preferences" at the bottom of the page.
4. Under the category "lead management," you will see a drop-down to select the "lead status." Remember to hit save if you change the status.
